Our Mission

  • The Academy aims to provide specialized and advanced education in the various administrative fields and administrative consulting to all those who wish to develop their administrative work system in organizations, churches and Christian institutions in all its sectors inside and outside Egypt. As well as spreading the culture of the Kingdom administration in our society.

  • We seek to apply this value and principles within our work system with our focus on helping our clients to access the greatest possible benefit, knowledge and research by investing the best of the possibilities available.

  • We are honored to be an academic member of Xplornations USA and are subject to academic review by the college administration. We undertake to pay the accreditation fees for the studies that we obtain from Xplornations USA. We also confirm that we do not receive any material support from inside or outside Egypt. To finance the work of the Academy is the study expenses.

دكتور فيليب فرج أحد رواد فكر الادارة الملكوتية في مصر و في العالم، كيف تدير بطريقة احترافية ممنهجة تحت مبادئ و فكر ملكوت السماوات .فقد بدأ دكتور فيليب بدراسة الادارة من سنة 1990 و تعمق و شق طريقه في الوسط الاداري و تدريب المدربين و تقديم محاضرات فقد ساهم و درس لالاف الطلبة و المتدربين في مجال الادارة و التنمية البشرية و المشورة و في الأخير أسس اكاديمية اكسبلورنيشنز للادارة  لتكمل الرؤية التي ابتدأها
